一、合作导师介绍
郭劲宏，教育部临床检验诊断学重点实验室主任，重庆医科大学检验医学院执行院长/上海交大多模态感知研究所所长, 上海交通大学教授，博导，2021年国家自然科学基金委优秀青年科学基金获得者，国家J委科技委国防创新特区XX重大项目（首席专家）。2010年本科毕业于电子科技大学，获得信息对抗技术学士学位，新加坡南洋理工大学生物医学工程博士，麻省理工学院-SUTD博士后研究员，密歇根大学安娜堡访问教授. 以传感芯片为中心，开展了物理，电子，微电子，生物医学等多学科的交叉研究，机器学习与深度学习，医学物联网模块，数据分析与处理系统集成。在相关领域发表SCI论文166篇，其中第一或通讯作者论文146篇，6篇入选ESI高被引论文，Google学术引用3300余次，H-index 34，i10-index 77， 发表期刊包括 Angew Chem; Analytical Chemistry；Sensor and Actuator B Chemical；Biosensor and Bioelectronics, Research等国际传感领域顶级期刊和领域内IEEE TII, IEEE TMTT, IEEE TBioCAS，IEEE TBME, IEEE TED等期刊，担任SCI期刊IEEE Transaction on Biomedical Circuit and System, 2017特邀编辑，担任Electrophoresis期刊微系统应用主题2019和2020特邀编辑，担任客座主编, Special Issue on IoMT for Healthcare Engineering, IEEE Journal of Biomedical Health and Informatics, 2019. 担任2021 SCI期刊Analyst特邀编辑，担任Biosensor and Bioelectronics X期刊编委. 受邀担任IEEE ISCAS 2019 Tutorial Lecture. 担任2018年国际生物医学信息感知与微系统大会主席. 在2015-2017担任创业板上市公司朗玛信息（股票代码300288）首席科学家. 曾独立指导GMP生产基地建设与20余个CFDA医疗产品的注册证申请. 担任四川省千人计划顶尖团队带头人,四川省药品及高质量发展十四五规划组专家成员。
二、 应聘条件
（1） 已取得国内外知名高校博士学位或即将取得博士学位，具有生物医学工程，生物传感器、分析化学、微流控技术、POCT/IVD、分子诊断等相关学术背景；
（2）受过良好的学术训练，具备独立开展科研的能力，在相关领域发表过SCI论文1篇以上，目前已取得显著科研成果的申请者将予以优先考虑；
（3）对科学研究充满热情，具备主动思考和独立解决问题的能力，工作认真，求实求是，有责任心，有团队协作能力；
（4）良好的英文写作与交流能力。
三、 薪资待遇
（1） 综合年薪税前30-50万元；
（2） 拥有优良的工作环境和合作交流机会，另外提供2万元科研启动经费；
（3）优秀的博后出站后，可优先提供副高及以上教职岗位。
四、 岗位职责
（1） 完成合作导师布置的科研任务，独立开展课题研究，撰写英文论文；
（2）博士后在站期间应以第一作者最少发表2篇JCR2区文章或1篇JCR1区文章；
（3）合同首聘期为2年，可以根据考核结果和双方意愿决定是否续聘；
（4）协助合作导师管理科研团队（不会占用太多时间）。

Applications are invited for appointment as Post-doctoral Fellow in our group. Applicants should hold a Ph.D. degree in Engineering, Materials, Physics, Chemistry, Biomedical Engineering, Medicine or Bio- related disciplines with strong experience in conducting high-quality original research related to microfluidics, biomedical engineering, soft matter, flexible electronics, biomaterials, tissue engineering, soft robotics, nanomaterials, bionics, functional surface and interfaces.
The applicants should be active, out-going, independent, and expected to serve as a mentor to junior members of the research group.The appointee will work with the research team led by Dr. Ye TIAN.
